After graduating from Eastern College in 2016, Crystal pursued her career in Calgary, AB. She practiced in a clinical setting for 3 years where she focused on Motor Vehicle Accident claims, prenatal treatments and pain management. After moving to Halifax in 2020, she developed relaxation and repetitive strain injury skills while working in a spa. She has additional courses in cupping, k-taping and TMJ treatments. 

She recently moved back to St. Andrews with her husband, Ryan, and two sons.
